We offer you a complete service from the time you contact us online, then throughout your visit to Ghana, right up to the time you leave at the airport and fly home with your happy memories.

We do this by listing your requirements from your email(s), costing them in advance for you by obtaining best quotations for your Guest House or Hotel, the type of transport you prefer, and the itinerary of visits which can be possible during your dates in Ghana. As we are a business, we charge you a small fee for the work done for you in advance. This fee is proportionate and will save you much time and effort instead of wasting your time searching online. The advance fee is paid by you via a secure system with Western Union, to a guide who gives you his passport details as ID. Ghana is also developing an internal ID system which we will use.

How to get started
1. You make contact with our guide by leaving your email address on the contact pages
2. State the dates when you are in Ghana and dates/times when you would like a guide
3. State your requirements, general or more detailed (you will pay a small fee for advance work done for you)
4. State your full names from your passport(s)... and thats it, sit back and await a rapid approximate quotation

What we do next
5. The guide replies to you in order to check anything he needs to make clear about your request
6. Example 1: He can work in advance to get you a hotel or guest house quotation, according to your needs
6. Example 2: He plans an itinerary of visits which can be possible during your dates in Ghana
7. He sends you an approximate quotation and a small fee which is paid by you via Western Union

To complete your arrangements
8. Please make payment via W U for any work done for you so far
9. Email the reply to your contract and book/employ the guide during your stay in Ghana
10. Communicate with the guide about your flight details as early as possible and notify any changes
     especially where you want him to meet you in Accra - e.g. Kotoka Airport
